I don’t stand above you or tell you what to do. Instead, I create a safe space where you can think openly. Through powerful questions and different coaching methods, I help you gain clarity, confidence, and momentum to move forward.

30-minute free call to see if we’re a good fit. We’ll discuss your goals and explore how I can support you. No obligation, simply a space to connect and gain clarity.

If we decide to move forward, we’ll meet around twice a month for 1 hour sessions. In the first session, we map your current situation and explore your long-term vision.
Sessions follow a simple structure:
Check-in and overview
Defining the topic or goal for the session
Exploring it together
Recap and clear action steps
Each session has its own goal while keeping your bigger, long-term vision in mind. Along the way, we will also do a check-in to reflect on your progress and adjust the focus if needed.
In our sessions, you’ll experience deep listening, challenging questions, mirroring, and tailored exercises, all designed to help you gain clarity and self-trust to move forward.

You’ll leave each session with clear insights and actionable steps. This is where real progress happens, as you apply the learnings from our conversations in real life. I’ll support you between sessions whenever you need it.
